Noah is a one-stop telehealth platform for men's health, treating conditions including sexual health, weight management and hair loss. Through an online consultation you can connect with a Hong Kong-registered doctor and receive 100% Hong Kong-registered prescription medication.
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to access any prescription treatment on Noah.
Teleconsults cost HK$200. This covers the time of a MCHK licensed doctor to review your information and assess you.
All our doctors on the Noah platform are registered medical practitioners with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, and have undergone an extensive background check and licensed verification process prior to their appointment.
Every doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in Hong Kong. All our doctors abide by Medical Council of Hong Kong's (MCHK) Code of Professional Conduct.
No, as a telemedicine platform, Noah patients will consult with a doctor who will then write a prescription if they find you suitable for treatment after your online evaluation.
You will only be charged for your chosen prescription medication after a medical practitioner has approved of your treatment plan. Your credit card will not be charged for the cost of the medication if you are found unsuitable for prescription.
We take your privacy and data security very seriously. Our platform uses strict security protocols and data-protection measures to keep your personal information and medical records confidential.
We’re confident you’ll be happy with your Noah treatment. If, within 30 days of receiving your first order, you feel the treatment isn’t right for you, contact our care team to request a refund. Please note the guarantee applies to your first order only and must be requested within 30 days; for safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used medication (including injection pens) cannot be returned, and refunds are based on unopened products. Full details are in our 30-Day Assurance Programme terms.
Yes. Noah operates under the Hong Kong Department of Health's guidelines and is a legal telehealth platform, so our doctors can prescribe and treat patients remotely. All of our doctors strictly follow the Ethical Guidelines on Practice of Telemedicine, and all medication is sourced through licensed partner pharmaceutical distributors in Hong Kong.
Yes. As long as you answer every question honestly, accurately and completely, telehealth is a safe and effective way to receive care.
A doctor can only make a sound decision with accurate, up-to-date information about your case — this is true whether you see them online or in person.
Noah's doctors rely entirely on what you share during your consultation and through chat or video, and have no way to verify it externally. That's why it's essential that you upload photos of your own face and your own identity document during your online consultation, and that everything you tell us is accurate.
If you are prescribed medication, please read your personal treatment plan carefully before using it. Only once you've read and understood it fully can you weigh the benefits and risks of treatment.
You can choose between a text message consultation or a video consultation, whichever suits you. For text consultations, your doctor will message you in the chat on the Noah platform; for video consultations, your doctor will join you at the time slot you select. If you have any questions after your first consultation, our care team is always here to help.
Consulting by phone, video or text doesn't compromise the quality of medical advice your doctor can give, and it better protects your privacy — you can speak with a doctor from a comfortable, private space without visiting a clinic.
As a Noah member, you have unlimited free follow-up consultations and ongoing care. You can contact our care team at any time to adjust your treatment or ask anything related to it, at no cost.
If you have a new health concern outside your current treatment that needs a doctor's assessment, a further consultation fee of HK$200 applies. 100% of consultation fees go to our doctors — we believe their expertise deserves to be fairly rewarded.
Before treating you through telehealth, our doctors need to verify your identity. To do so, we need a government-issued identity document — such as a Hong Kong Identity Card or passport — that clearly shows:
- Your first name and surname
- The holder's photo
- Your date of birth
- The document's expiry date (if applicable; expired documents cannot be accepted)
Yes. Your personal treatment plan clearly sets out how to use your medication and what to look out for, and our pharmacist and care team will guide you when you start — including how to use and store an injection pen — and are always available for questions.
For video consultations, we deliver Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 11am–1pm*. Once your doctor approves your prescription, we can dispatch your medication free of charge in as little as 4 hours**. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered from the next working day at the earliest.
For text consultations, delivery is within 24 hours of your booking (for example, if you book a text consultation at 11am on Friday, you can choose the Saturday 11am–1pm delivery slot).
Please note that delivery may be affected if your doctor is unable to approve your prescription in time.
*Only video consultations completed before 10am on Saturday are dispatched the same day. Video-consultation orders completed after 1pm, and text consultations held on Saturday, are dispatched on Monday.
**If you choose self-collection, your order will be ready 2–4 working days after your prescription is approved.
Our delivery team will try to reschedule your delivery, though an additional fee may apply. If you know you'll be out, just let us know in advance and we'll rearrange the time.
To delay your order, contact our service team via WhatsApp on +852 2319 4109 or email us at hello@ofnoah.hk.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, log into your account, "Subscriptions", click cancel.
Else, get in touch and we will sort it out for you.
Unfortunately, all orders are final once sold, and prescription medication cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons. If you believe there was an error with your delivery (for example, you received the wrong or a damaged product), please email hello@ofnoah.hk as soon as possible after receiving it and we'll put it right. If you feel your treatment isn't right for you within the first 30 days, please see our 30-Day Assurance Programme.
For security reasons, only the patient or his/her authorised person can collect the medication package. If you are not home, a call will be made for you to authorise the person collecting on your behalf.
Absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unlabelled packaging with no product or treatment names on the outside, so your privacy is protected from checkout to doorstep.
Some treatments, such as GLP-1 injection pens, need to be kept refrigerated. We ship them in insulated cold packaging so they stay at the right temperature until they reach you. Once received, store your medication as directed in your treatment plan and the product leaflet (usually in the fridge — never frozen). If you're unsure about storage, our care team is happy to help.
